PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS:
Prices include VAT.
Once we receive your payment, we will contact you via cell phone or email to organize the delivery method.
The available means are: transfer or deposit, and all credit or debit cards accepted in Mercado Pago.
SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped within a maximum of 5 business days after the order is placed. In case you need it before, contact us and we will surely solve it.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be sent once the payment receipt is received.
When making your purchase, contact us to coordinate the shipment, otherwise the shipment will be sent by ORDER OR DAC to the interior and by our hired cadeteria service in Mvdeo (cost borne by the client).
CHANGES:
By company policy we do not make money refunds; we carry out merchandise exchanges within a period of 15 days from the moment of receipt; in this case, the expenses arising from the change of merchandise will be borne by the customer.
The exchange of the merchandise will only be accepted, if the product is in perfect condition, with the corresponding label and without signs of having been used (dirty soles or insoles, or signs of abuse of the product).
Purchases made in promotion will have change for items included within it, in case of changes outside the promotional period, the product will be taken at its real price, without applying discounts. It is necessary to present an invoice or change ticket to make the changes.
